This is ball joint....

This is where it is located....above the lower arm...

Symptom....it is more like pendulum symptom only you will hear the cranking sound when you overturn your steering and when on the smooth road you won't know....on uneven road when you turning or cornering you will hear the sound...the problem is the ball joining to the steering rack already give way and this is one of the wear and tear item...sooner or later you need to change this.....price wise below RM300 for original and oem parts each....

So far yg ori dah 2 tahun lebih ok jer ...yg OEM baru sebulan...test dulu berapa lama leh tahan...nanti saya update..
